Service is the first word our agency was founded upon. There are numerous choices any person can make regarding who carries their insurance. We want to start the process by building the relationship with a handshake vs a piece of paper. We also make a point of introducing our staff inside the office so customers have a number of people in the agency to contact and feel comfortable dealing with them.
We expanded our office hours to 6:30 am to 5:00 pm to increase our availability and pride ourselves in solving customer questions with teams of personal lines and commercial lines who are familiar with the account.

We make sure all of our customers have our personal cell phone numbers and advise them to call us at any hour if they have a loss. Getting Financially Whole: We constantly update and monitor costs incurred in order to get fully reimbursed. We also help our customers catalogue damaged equipment and inventory, and account for the lost revenue because of the claim.
Mitigating the Loss: We have fully vetted vendors that we bring in immediately that specialize in specific types of losses. Our relationships with these vendors spans many years, and because of this our customers get the highest quality of care possible.
