Service is the first word our agency was founded upon. There are numerous choices any person can make regarding who carries their insurance. We want to start the process by building the relationship with a handshake vs a piece of paper. We also make a point of introducing our staff inside the office so customers have a number of people in the agency to contact and feel comfortable dealing with them.
We expanded our office hours to 6:30 am to 5:00 pm to increase our availability and pride ourselves in solving customer questions with teams of personal lines and commercial lines who are familiar with the account.
